HID Lights

HID Lights are those colorful lights that you see on all the new nice cars. But HID lights are not just for new cars you can get HID lights on your car! They are made to fit in every car and are super simple to install! There is no wire cutting or splicing to install HID lights and you can easily go back to your regular halogen lights if you don't take a liking to your new and improved lighting system, but my bet is that won't happen. To get HID lights first you must find out what your bulb size is, you can visit this site Halo HID to check out your bulb size and order HID lights.

There is a common misconception about HID lights, and that is that the higher the number (3,000k, 6,000k HID lights) the brighter the HID lights are going to be but the number just stands for where the color of the light is in the Kelvin scale, and the kelvin scale is what colors the bulbs will be at different temperatures, and the bulbs even get a little less bright the farther you go in the kelvin scale but they get more color. 3,000k bulbs are going to be a golden yellow color, 6,000k bulbs are going to be a pure white, 8,000k bulbs will have a hint of blue, 10,000k bulbs will be pure blue, and 12,000k bulbs will be a purplish blue.

The great thing about HID lights is that they are one of the only ways people will notice that your car is any different than someone else at night. When you are driving at night people aren't going to notice that you have a 600 HP car, they aren't going to notice that you have an expensive body kit and a nice paint job, they are only going to notice your lights because it is dark outside and they won't be able to see your car, but your lights can attract them.

The fact that HID lights are colorful and attract people to your car isn't the only reason they are so popular. HID lights are also significantly brighter so they will keep you safer while you are driving so you can see that deer that is about to jump out into the road or the crash on the side of the road even better. They also help other people see you and that is good because most of the time it's not your driving you have to worry about, its the other people driving.
